Returns and Cancellation
At TAFE TRIBE, we offer a 7-day product replacement guarantee to ensure your satisfaction. If you encounter any problems, damages, or defects with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will happily replace the product at no additional cost, provided that the item is in its original condition, including price tags and packaging.
How to cancel your order?
To cancel your order, simply contact us at life@tafetribe.com before your product has been shipped. In such cases, we will issue a full refund for the entire order amount. Once the product has been delivered, cancellation is only possible in the event of a defect.
How to replace a defective product?
If you believe your product is defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing us at life@tafetribe.com. We have 7 days return policy and replace items within 6 to 7 working days. We will arrange for the defective product to be picked up, and a replacement will be promptly shipped. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the defective product to the TAFE TRIBE office.

Please be vigilant when accepting deliveries. If the package appears to be open or tampered with, please do not accept it. Immediately contact us at +914466919163 to report the issue.
What products are NOT eligible for return or replacement?
Please note that the following products are not eligible for return or replacement under our 7-day Replacement Guarantee:
- Products that exhibit physical damage to the box or the item itself.
- Products returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Products without a valid, readable serial number, including those with missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.
- Products from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from the original packaging.
