Timely Delivery At TAFE TRIBE, we strive to deliver your orders on time. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement. It takes 2 - 7 days for the product to be delivered based on customer location. Shipping Partners We work with reliable third-party courier services, including Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ekart, UPS, DHL, and FedEx, to ensure efficient delivery. Once your order is shipped, we will share the courier partner details and tracking information with you. Delivery Attempts Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times at the specified address. If the package remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to us, and we will notify you regarding the next steps. Responsibility for Packages TAFE TRIBE is not liable for lost or stolen packages or damages to the package after it has been delivered to the specified address by the courier. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided address. Shipping Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid errors. Courier companies may impose penalties for incorrect addresses, and if an order needs to be reshipped due to address inaccuracies, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. Delivery Timeline Most customers receive their orders within 3-10 business days of placing them. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, strikes, or logistical delays may occasionally impact delivery timelines. In such cases, TAFE TRIBE will not be able to process refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges due to delays beyond our control.

Return and Cancellation

We have 7 days Returns Policy and we do replacement 6-7 Working dayys.

TAFE TRIBE offers you a 7 days’ product replacement guarantee. You will need to notify us in case of any problems, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will replace the product at no extra cost. You will need to ensure that the product is in its original condition and includes the price tags and packaging.

How do I cancel the order?

  • You can cancel your order by writing to us at life@tafetribe.com before your product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
  • Your order cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered to you unless there is a defect in the product.

How to replace a defective product?

  • Email us on life@tafetribe.com within 7 days of receipt of the goods. 
  • The defective product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately. 
  • The buyer will have to pay the cost of sending the defective product back to the TAFE TRIBE office.
  • Note: Please do not accept the package if it is open or looks tampered at the time of delivery of the product. Immediately reach out to us on 044 6691 9163. 

    The following products are not eligible for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee:

 

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product. 
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery. 
  • Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number. 
  • Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
